Cancellation Policy
Multi-Session Art Lesson Membership Policy Thank you for joining our Multi-Session Art Lesson Membership! Please review the following membership terms: * All lesson dates must be scheduled **at least two (2) weeks in advance**. * Memberships are valid for **12 months** from the date of purchase. Any unused lessons expire after 12 months. * Lessons are fully customizable based on each client's interests, skill level, and artistic goals. * Memberships may be canceled within the **first 90 days** of purchase. Refunds will be prorated based on the number of lessons already completed. * Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the individual who purchased the plan. * Clients may reschedule a lesson by providing **at least 24 hours' notice** before their scheduled appointment. * **Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson will result in that lesson being forfeited.** The missed lesson will count as one of the four sessions included in the membership and will not be refunded or rescheduled. * **Clients who do not show up for a scheduled lesson without prior notice ("no-call, no-show") will automatically forfeit that lesson.** The missed lesson will count as one of the four sessions included in the membership and will not be refunded or rescheduled. * We encourage clients to keep scheduled appointments and communicate any scheduling changes as early as possible to ensure availability.
